A memorial is not only for remembering, but rather to identify with the values it represents and which one person gave his life for.

Placing the building near the main entrance of the town, leading to and from educational institutions and trade centers. In addition, the building'slocation next to main traffic routes allows easy access.

Location, topography and every-day use were the main elements to allow the special round shape of this center.
